Default Magpies?

I am very fond of our magpies and would like to provide for them, but when I search for magpie nest box on Google, all I get is info about them attacking other nest boxes.

What nest box should I build for them?

Hi,
I suspect you'll struggle to create a nest for Magpies, as they are quite fussy about location. They tend to nest fairly high up in a tree with large open nests made of twigs.

As one of Britain's least popular birds with the public, there's not much of a market for ready built Magpie nests. They are avid nest robbers, so most wish to discourage them from gardens rather than encourage them

Thank you for the reply, our magpies here appear to be nesting about 15ft in a tree, I realise peoples feelings towards them are not great but I am fascinated by them and they are just trying to survive
