Default How do I help my Dove?

I have been feeding a flock of around twenty beautiful wild white doves which visit my garden a couple of times each day. One of them appears to be unable to fly and has adopted my garden on a permanent basis - even sleeping on my back doorstep each night all by himself. Apart from not (seemingly) being able to take off, he appears to be healthy, and has become quite tame..

My question is:

Should I provide some sort of shelter for him, especially if he intends to stay for the winter?! If so, any advice about what I should provide, bearing in mind that he doesn't seem able to fly up to a higher level?

Would really appreciate some advice - thanks!
